What does Omni Partners really offer?
It’s hard to categorize us, but then again, that’s the idea. Yes, Omni provides various services to support a digital business model. But the essence of our existence is our principle to only provide our clients with what they truly need.
We often get asked: “What exactly does Omni Partners do?”
The answer is not as simple as one might think. You see, we don’t want our company to be put in a box, like “Hey, we’ll make you a well-functioning AdWords campaign!” – even if that would sometimes be easier from a sales perspective.
Yes, we provide search engine marketing, content strategy, website development, and much more. But for our business model, it’s quintessential that we only provide what our clients need, not what they think they want to buy.
By this principle, Omni represents a big paradigm shift in how an online retailer purchases consulting services for digital business. In practice, this means:
- We combine technical and business competences into a single package in our teams. We don’t hesitate to get our hands dirty and fix the problems we may find, but we can also think of the big picture. If the retailer is selling their product at a price that’s too high compared to international competition, we know that no amount of A/B testing will help – and we dare to say it out loud. And if the links inside our customers’ websites are broken, we fix them ourselves – we have the capabilities in-house. We don’t just send a ticket to support and dodge our responsibility.
- We help our client’s own employees to change their thinking patterns and learn new things. We never fear that our client might end their contract with us after learning everything they need. We are happy when they do.
- We always focus on how our client’s turnover will improve when we are done. When our clients succeed, we succeed. We’re not afraid of models based on profits or increased sales. Most of the time we avoid billing per hour altogether – unless there’s a clear reason for it – because we believe that it’s a completely wrong kind of motivation. We hate monthly reports, which no one reads or comments. We have all written and read (or not!) these reports in our previous jobs.
